Its been a while since we had a good discussion question here, so I call upon you to pick one. It could be the speed of light and theories about light. It could be about how some people think we will never reach Absolute Zero. It could be about some deep theory or subject. Just bring it up and see what other's opinions are. If it gets in depth, I may even join in the debate, who knows!

Jigger I would love to hear what people think about reaching the speed of light. I personally think it is impossible but am willing to try (not me personally but with something or someone else so if it hurts to go that fast it wont be me!) The formula I am using will be F=MA (force=mass x Acceleration). As we approach the speed of light (we do know this) whatever it is that is crusin gets smaller and smaller and more and more massive till when it is very close to the speed of light it is VERY VERY heavy. So with basically an infinately massive thing you would need an infinatly huge force (i dont think we have much that...or maybe we do and I dont know)to push it over the edge. Then you reach the ? "what is the point of going that fast?" I personally dont have a clue but where ever it was you could get there really quick.
well I know of one thing that can go faster than the speed of light, and that is light. because the theories of lightspeed lead toward the question. . . what precisely is light? how does it go so fast? and how can we generate something going 300000 meters per second out of an object no bigger than the eye of a squirrel?
feel free to start elaborating (but please, just pick one subject at a time)
I am all about the tigger thing too! Although I tried it the other night and had I been any closer...I would have gotten clobbered. So I will stick to referring to him as Tigger only when NOT in his presence! =)
wow thanks bruthah, that will be useful in the future. . .
who's maddog and why is he curious about your chair?
ummmm... why do you have a link to google on your blog?
1. maddog is a resident saxophone in 1st hour band (you do the math)
2. google is cool
sorry jig i'm not in band, your bro is the only sax player i know
